Demolition of an old bank and the complete site & infrastructure — wet and dry utilities, paving, and finishes — for two retail pads at Orlando's Mall at Millenia.
Spire took down an aging bank at Orlando's Mall at Millenia and delivered the complete site and infrastructure for two new retail pads — the future homes of Chase Bank and Diamonds Direct. The tenant buildings are theirs. Everything below grade and across the site is ours.
That meant the work most people never see: domestic and sanitary sewer, potable and reclaim water, an 8-inch underground fire-water system, and electrical feeds from the transformer to each building — then curb and gutter, paving, flatwork, site lighting, striping, landscaping, irrigation, and the trash enclosure. A complete site package, self-managed from demolition to final striping.

An aging bank stood on the pad. We demolished it and cleared the site to grade — a clean canvas for two new buildings.
Domestic and sanitary sewer, potable and reclaim water, an 8-inch fire-water main, and electrical feeds from the transformer to each building — the full wet-and-dry utility package, all below grade.
Curb and gutter, sidewalks, and concrete flatwork gave the site its structure — defining every drive, walkway, and building approach.
Asphalt paving tied the pads, drive aisles, and parking together into a finished surface.
Site lighting, striping, landscaping, irrigation, and a finished masonry trash enclosure brought the project home.
A complete, turnkey site — handed over for Chase Bank and Diamonds Direct to open their doors.
A deeper look behind the scenes — demolition, deep utilities, hardscape, paving, and finishes.
From demolition to final striping, Spire self-manages the full scope of site and infrastructure work — wet and dry utilities, hardscape, paving, and finishes.
