For more than three decades, Bill Breunig has managed every phase of multimillion-dollar construction — high-rises and luxury condominiums, infrastructure, corporate interiors, and healthcare facilities. A veteran of Plaza Construction Corp., one of New York's premier builders, he oversaw more than $500 million in projects.
Along the way he built a reputation for ironclad cost control, sharp contract negotiation, and careful subcontractor selection — plus the kind of client relations that turn first-time owners into lifelong ones. The discipline shows up early: most jobs, he will tell you, are won or lost long before the first shovel hits dirt.
Gary Kerber brings more than twenty years across every scale of construction — from ground-up residential development to large-scale renovations and commercial build-outs. A licensed real estate broker with deep knowledge of zoning and entitlement law, he reads a land-development code as easily as a set of structural drawings.
His specialty is scaling construction the modern way: through technology. He keeps schedules honest, coordinates vendors and subcontractors, and gives clients a level of day-to-day visibility most contractors never bother to offer.
Between them sits roughly fifty years of building and a single shared rule: be on site, be straight with people, and deliver the job as if the family name rode on every detail. It does.
