The centerpiece is the backyard. We built in a custom in-ground pool, commissioned bold large-scale murals, and finished it with a pergola lounge, turf, and a putting area — a resort-style outdoor space engineered to be the reason guests book.
We rebuilt the interior as a light, coastal, design-forward space — an open great room, a clean designer kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms that photograph as well as they live.
