A ground-up modern residence with a detached rear ADU — a second-story waterfall into the pool and a covered rooftop balcony with hot tub and wet bar, around the corner from Delray's marquee new development.
On a deep infill lot on SW 2nd Avenue — just around the corner from Sundy Village, the crown jewel of Delray's current downtown renaissance — Spire is building a three-story modern single-family residence with a detached rear accessory dwelling.
The design leans into a warm, modern material palette: crisp white stucco, wood-clad accents, vertical louvers, and rooftop greenery. The main residence runs roughly 3,188 square feet across three levels — about 1,219 on the first floor, 1,198 on the second, and 771 up top — crowned by a rooftop entertainment lounge. Add the detached ~883 SF ADU and the project totals just over 4,071 square feet of finished structure on a 7,841 SF lot. A complete ground-up build — main house and ADU — self-managed by Spire as general contractor.

Architectural renderings of the finished residence — street approach and rear elevation with the pool and ADU.
The landscape and site plan — main residence to the street, pool and terrace at center, ADU and garage to the rear.
Straight from the permitted set — elevations for both structures and all three floor plans.

From a vacant lot to a finished modern estate, Spire self-manages every phase of ground-up residential construction — design coordination, permitting, structure, pools, and finishes.
